„Doodle според свободния речник означава „да си драскаш, рисуваш или скицираш нещо безцелно“. Deux на френски означава „двама“, а може да бъде и „за тях“. Така че Doodledeux е нашият личен проект, в който

споделяме историята си като двойка с малко помощ от нашите карикатурни образи, нека просто ги наричаме Абанг и Ненг.“

Това разказват духовитите (и талантливи) французи.

Идеята им хрумнала над чаша кафе, докато обсъждали дали да поемат към Бали, Сингапур, Джава или Мексико (в последствие направили дудъли на всички тези места).

Така де, „Тя обича да си драска (така го нарича, макар за мен да е изкуство), аз обичам да снимам…“

Kinkakuji or the Golden Pavilion is a beautiful zen temple in northern Kyoto where the top two floor are fully covered with gold leaf, hence the name. It is one of Kyoto’s iconic sight, that’s why it’s always crowded with visitors. So if you want to enjoy its zen before it gets too crowded, you have to go there on weekdays and just after it’s opened, at 9 am. It’s raining when Abang & Neng visited Fushimi Inari, one of the most important Shinto shrine in Kyoto. And it was already late in the afternoon, the place was crowded with visitors, they had to queue under their umbrellas to reach the top. This makes it tricky to take a picture of these thousands torii gates.⛩⛩⛩ . Oh, we found out that these toori gates are actually donation from individuals and companies. And what inscribed there are actually the name of the donators. Cool huh! Fast forward from previous doodle to today. ⏭ . Yes, today is actually Neng’s due date. Neng’s belly is ready to pop and Abang is ready to panic! 🤪 . Neng is having her c-section around 11 AM Jakarta time. Was planning to document the pregnancy journey through consistent doodles, but turns out Neng was too tired to add the task to her already busy routines. 😅 . So here it is, our last prego doodles..
